Masters level qualification preferably in Social Sciences, Public Administration

> At least 4 years practical experience with data collection and management > Previous experience of supervising large-scale Household surveys, preferably using CAPI > Practical experience of training enumerators / field staff forexecution of HH based surveys > Practical experience of using survey monitoring dashboard and applying it for course correction in the field > High level of communication/interpersonal skills & experience in working effectively in a multi- cultural environment • Sensitivity to diverse opinions and difficulties arising from differing social and cultural perceptions > Result-oriented and committed to respecting deadlines > Good coordination, negotiation and mediation skills.

Software Development Support & Configuration Consultant

BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject.

> 3+ years of practical experience, preferably a CMMI level certified organization. z- Certification is a definite plus > 3+ years writing code in .NET, C#, ASP and similar tools, > Experience with configuring, administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, MyS01). > Experience of working on STATA/SPSS > Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python) > Solid networking knowledge (081 network layers, TCP/IP)
