Deputy General Manager (Finance)
JOB PROFILE: The Candidate should possess consolidated understanding of financial and commercial operations of the power sector, portfolio of contractual arrangement for power/energy sales/purchases. The position involves thorough knowledge and understanding of legal, regulatory and policy framework of the power sector and the same need to be complied with while carrying out day-to-day operations. Qualification: Candidate must be qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) OR Fellow Cost & Management Accountant (FCMA) OR Fellow ACCA, Fellow CIMA member of recognized body of professional accountants. Experience: candidate should have at-least 10 years' experience with effect from post-registration with body of professional accountants in the relevant field. Candidates having Power Sector experience will be given added advantage. Age Limit: Candidate should be between 45-50 years at the time of closing of application. Reporting Relationship: It is a Senior position that directly reports to Chief Financial Officer.
Manager (Finance)
JOB PROFILE: The Candidate should possess consolidated understanding of financial and commercial operations of the power sector, portfolio of contractual arrangement for power/energy sales/purchases. The position is responsible to perform, manage and closely supervise day to day financial operations of the organization pertaining to power/energy purchase. Qualification: Candidate must be qualified ACA/ACMA/ACCA/CIMA Experience: Candidate should have at-least 07 years' experience with effect from post-registration with body of professional accountants in the relevant field. Candidates having Power Sector experience will be given added advantage. Age Limit: : Candidate should be between 40-45 years at the time of closing of applicatio. Reporting Relationship: It is a managerial position that directly reports to Deputy General Manager.
Manager (Taxation)
JOB PROFILE: The Candidate should possess understanding of Tax Laws in vogue also the process of filling of tax and maintaining record of different taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, Customs Tax) and related documents as per statutory requirements and / or applicable rules / policies / procedures. Candidate must ensure that all codal formalities regarding tax system are fulfilled. Qualification: Candidate must be qualified ACA/ACMA/ACCA/CIMA Experience: Candidate should have at-least 07 years' experience with effect from post-registration with body of professional accountants in the relevant field. Candidates having Power Sector experience will be given added advantage. Age Limit: Candidate should be between 40-45 years at the time of closing of application. Reporting Relationship: It is a managerial position that directly reports to Deputy General Manager (Corporate Accounts &Treasury).
DEPUTY MANAGER (Finance)
JOB PROFILE: The Candidate will be responsible for undertaking different activities related to reviewing, analyzing, verifying and processing of different invoices, submitted by different power producers. Role required clear understand_ ing of financial and commercial operations of the power sector. Qualification: ACA/ACMA/ACCA/CIMA. Experience: Candidate should have at-least 05 years' experience with effect from post-registration with body of professional accountants in the relevant field. Candidates having Power Sector experience will be given added advantage. Age Limit: Candidate should be between 35-40 years at the time of closing of application.
