Air University is looking for a result oriented proactive and dynamic team player for the position of
Director Human Resource
Candidates holding MBA in Human Resource Management or MS/MSc from HEC recognized University / Institute are eligible to apply. Minimum 15 years of experience preferably in HR Department of University/ Educational Institute or any reputable Organization is required. The candidate should have considerable and thorough knowledge of HR practices within a professional services environment including employment law and employee relations and communications, with sound conflict management, negotiation and problem solving skills.
