1. Project Bholari invites applications for Resident Engineering Staff of the under-mentioned qualification (on contract basis), for supervision of construction and infrastructural development works, at PAF Base, Bholari, Hyderabad.

(Civil Engineering) 20 + years with 5+ years on Mega Projects, as Project Manager / RE Having good knowledge of FIDIC /PEC and PPRA Rules, along with sufficient grip on MES practices. PEC registration is mandatory. Preference would be given to Retired Officers from MES / Army E-in-C Branch b Legal Advisor Male / Female Age: Less than 60 yrs LLB/LLM [In addition, candidate with B.E (Civil) /equivalent would be preferable) 15 Years, with at least 07 years experience, with reputable law firms & handling of construction cases. Legal officers, retired from Armed Forces, having requisite experience would be given preference. • Expertise in handling court proceedings. • Good communication and computer skills. • Ability to interpret construction documents. • Well-conversant with Construction Law / PEC Rules, Arbitration law, Contract law and Conflict resolution. c Planning Engineer Male Age: Less than 60 yrs B.Sc (Civil Engineering) [Preference will be given to those candidates, who have M.Sc in Construction Management / Engineering) 15 years, with 07 years practical experience in Planning & Execution of Civil / Construction Project. • Command on Primavera, AutoCAD and MS Office Software. • Having good knowledge of FIDIC/PEC & PPRA Rules. • Expertise of Planning / Scheduling of construction activities. d Quantity Surveyor Male - Age: Less than 60 years DAE (Civil) 10 + years • Good communication and computer skills.
