The Ministry of Energy (Power Division) invites applications for nomination of Private/Independent Di rectors on the Board of Directors of HESCO, SEPCO, CIESCO, MEPCO, LESCO, GEPCO. FESCO, IESCO. PESCO & TESCO. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA CATEGORIES • Experienced Consultants/Chartered Accountants/Cost Management Accountants/Experts/Prof essinals in the field of Finance, Human Resource. Risk Management, Public Administration, Engineering or related fields with proven track record of service in the reputable private/public sector organizations at senior level; • Corporate Lawyers having proven vast work experience: • Successful Businessmen who have set up and run private businesses at large level in Pakistan. • Representatives from IndustriaVAgricultural Bodies etc. QUALIFICATION A Bachelor degree from a university recognized by HEC. Higher qualification would be given due weig htage. EKEEJILEKE At least 15 years length of service/experience in the relevant field of expertise/profession/business in public/private sector organizations. OTHER CONDITIONS O The profiles/CVsof the candidates must becompliant to the relevant provisions of Companies Act 2017. the Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules. 2013, Regulations formulated thereunder and Fit and Proper Criteria as bid down in the said rules thereof. (3) The profiles/credentials of the candidates must not be in conflict of interest with the public sector companiesas mentioned above. c The candidates must bear good reputation with known integrity. e The candidates must be Pakistani Citizens.
