CAREER OPPORTUNITY
CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (CAA) REQUIRES THE SERVICES OF DIRECTOR GENERAL (DG) Government of Pakistan with its revitalization plan for Civil Aviation Authority (CM) needs highly qualified, experienced and energetic professional, to be hired on contract basis as Director General of the Authority. Terms & conditions of service shall be as under:

The Director General shall hold the office for a period of two years extendable on two yearly basis and subject to such terms and conditions of service, as the Federal Government may determine. • Prospective candidates possessing following prerequisites may apply for the position:
I. The vision and leadership skills to manage a large Commercial Aeronautical Organization:-
II. Has served as head of a public sector organization / multi-national company for at least 05 years to lead the team of highly experience, professional & technical staff.
III. Having commercial experience of a large public I semi-public corporate sector organization I multi-national company for at least 10 years at a senior managerial position. Preference will be given to the candidates having commercial experience in an aviation related organization / industry / company.
IV. Should be conversant with Aviation Regulations;
V. Having in-depth knowledge of local and global Aviation matters including Project Management and experience of conducting international agreements for a period of 05 years. •

AGE RELAXATION a) Five (05) Years as General Age Relaxation.
b) Age Relaxation for 03 years will be given in case candidates belong to recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas, Buddhist Community, Scheduled Casts & Northern Areas.
c) In case of retired or released Armed Forces Personnel by 15 years or the number of years a person has actually served in the Armed Forces whichever is lesser
d) Government servants including contract employees by 10 years who have completed 02 years continuous service on the closing date of this advertisement e) 05 years age relaxation will be given to widows / sons / daughters of those deceased civil servants who died during service.
